When the Complex Office needs to inform our residents or building(s) of any notices such as meetings, water shut downs and/or offs, or any other "need to know", we will post them here along with any other "general" information.

There has been coyotoes seen on the property, be careful especially when going out tonight and keep your dog on a leash.

DOGS:

• We are receiving compliants about owners not picking up after their dog and feces left on the sidewalks 
• Dogs not on a leash
• Dogs reliving themselves on the grass and surrounding areas:

REMINDER:

• Per City Ordinance all dogs are to be kept on a leash and not allowed to run loose.
• All dogs are to be walked on the fences on the north and south end of the properties  
• Those buildings with garages dog should be taken out through the garage.
• Please do not take your dog out the front door and allow it to relive itself in the front.

Anyone one caught violating this will be fined accordingly.
