Few things prior to renting the clubhouse:

• Your account must be in good standing.
• You will need to provide Certificate of Insurance listing Belles Terres as an additinal insured for the day of your party only.
• If you are serving alcohol at the party you will need special event insurance for the day of the party.
• If you are interested in renting the clubhouse please call the office to see if the day you want is available.  If it is then download the rental form and take it to the office.  You will need to bring the rental fee of $75.00 along with a separae check in the amount of $200.00 for the deposit.
