Dick Haff

Maintenance Manager

Dick has been with Belles Terres Condominiums for 41+ years. Dick is responsible for employee technical training, preventive maintenance, repairs, facilities  maintenance, all machine processes, environmental, building security.  All issues are addressed on a timely and proactive basis.

Dick provides necessary information for budgetary needs, schedules on-site 3rd party vendors to do specialized work and evaluates potential new equipment and supplies for the complex.

Dick has a "hands on" approach and has the skills necessary to fix most anything. Dick is very honest, dependable, flexible, pays attention to detail and solves problems quickly.  He has great concern for others, communicates well and cooperate with others and is a great asset.

Andrew Bell

Maintenance Assistant

Andrew joined our staff in November of 2021. He is honest, hardworking and reliable. He works with, and fills in for the Maintenance Manager, when he is not available.  He has experience with all types of maintenance work. Andrew is always willing to help out with anything that needs to be done around the complex, to make it a safe and friendly place to live.

Maria Valenzulea

Administrative Assistant

Maria joined our staff March 2024.  She brings with her experience, attitude and a great personality.  Maria is also a Native Spanish speaker and will be able to help our Spanish community.
