Clubhouse Rental Guidelines

Few things prior to renting the clubhouse:

• Your account must be in good standing.
• You will need to provide Certificate of Insurance listing Belles Terres Master Homeowner Assn. as Certificate Holder for the day of your party.
• If you are serving alcohol you must have party insurance for the day of the party.
• If you are interested in renting the clubhouse please call the office to see if the day you want is available.  If it is then download the rental form and take it to the office.  You will need to bring the rental fee of $75.00 along with a separae check in the amount of $200.00 for the deposit.
